A Good Season for the Yellow Team!

This was the first time a child of mine joined a team sport.   S. was lucky to soon discover their team colors were yellow and we couldn't have been on a better team (regardless of wining or not)!
There was plenty of parent-cheering (me included, in fact at the end of every game I was always sore) and love to go around:

Finally by the 3rd to the last game, S. found the joy in the game (with no tears)!

There was a big brother on the team that helped everyone out:

We are waiting for this little English baby to make his debut....in just a month or two!

Nana & Papa's Visit to Cambridgeshire!

It seems as though my senses are alive when I travel to Cambridge.  Ely Cathedral is my favorite, not only because I feel alive when I visit but also because my parents would frequent this area 40 years ago (when my Dad was an Airmen).  Loving England just comes natural!   

I love the chimney tops:

The Tudor homes (made with timber beams) are around every corner:

The garden at Ely is a perfect place to just meditate and if you're luck you'll hear the bellowing organ pipes echoing in the air.
