Great Gift
Growing up in an Air Force family, I new nothing was permanent. We traveled around Europe and lived all over the U.S. and finally came home to Seattle, Washington. I never remember missing a place too much because it wasn't where we lived as much as who we lived with. Being the 3rd of 6 kids, there's really never a dull moment and you soon realize that your best friends will always move to each new place with you.
I feel one of the greatest gifts the Lord has given my children are each other.

Little One of Mine
Little moments like these just make my busy-filled day of being a mom just worth it all. I love my job!
Great Stukeley Village Church
Right outside of my window is a little English village by the name of Great Stukeley. It is a quaint little village located in the Northwest section of Cambridge, England. Just last week we thought it would be neat to explore a little bit more of this village and to also see the church which was built in the 12th century. It is a beautifully aged church house with a cemetery right inside its gates. This is the part of England I am most excited about.

Family Time
A part of me keeps thinking "Okay, we are in England, let's journey to a corner of England we've never been to before!" But the reality of it is that we've moved, uprooted three children and moved across the ocean. The children are tired of traveling and just want to be kids. Maybe I'm too hard on myself with my photography ambition but it dawned on me that if it is subjects that matter most in my photographs then I've got it all right here in my backyard. So here we are, the school bell just rang and the kids are ecstatic to play at the school park.
Turn off All the Noise
The naps are back! This little one has decided to begin taking his naps again, hooray! I'm not sure if it is a combination of jet lag or getting back into a routine, but it's nice all around. I think I could just watch him sleep and sleep, it is calming to be able to turn off all the outside noise and have a quiet house (at least for an hour or two).

Chilly Weather This Way Comes
I know it might sound silly, but we are happy to get some chilly weather our way. We've been waiting to wear hats (although it was a stretch yesterday) and jackets....stuff you only pull out once our twice in Florida's winter months. Our days are numbered here, we are eagerly excited to fly off for a new adventure in the UK.

Y. Family Farewell
This joyous season was bitter sweet for the Y. family, as the father of the home heads off for an Afghanistan deployment in a weeks time. Here's the happy family (on Christmas Day) together for a mini photo shoot (in fact, it was so "mini", it only lasted 5 minutes before it began to rain). Our thought and prayers are with the Y. family. Return with Honor, Lt. Col. Y.

Happy S. Family Three
Today was a fun filled day with family and also a great photo shoot with some old Army buddies of mine. After 10 years we finally got to see each other again, in fact they are moving down the road, as we are moving out (sadly enough). We have, however, been able to get together and this windy morning and squeeze in a beach Photo Shoot, commemorating their first week in Florida and as an Air Force officer! Congrats, Karen!

M. Family All Together Again
This is the second time I've had the chance to be the M. family photographer. This time they came in jolly red, Christmas style. This was a joyous occasion, brother in town from Utah and all M. family members together. Here are my favorite pictures of the session.
Above is the picture of the cousins chasing the seagulls. They were everywhere, swarming around as as we took pictures.

Life on the Beach, C. Family
It's Christmas Eve and I had two jobs (and loving it). I met up with the C. family and we had a special Christmas Eve photo shoot. They are native to Navarre Beach and surprisingly this was their first professional photo shoot on the beach. I felt privileged when they asked me to take their pictures. They are a fun loving, easy going family, it made it a pleasure to be their photographer. I had so many pictures to choose from, they all turned out so good, here are some of my favorites.

A December Day
I'm not sure how chilly your December days are but I am thinking I like days like today. With windows opened and fans on, it was a lovely day, we spent the majority of it in the backyard.
The girls keep finding these humongous pine cones in the backyard. It was nearly double the size of her hand.
Sweet little sisters.

Birthday's and Blessings
My Baby has turned two! We celebrated his special day with a doughnut cake from (the best of all doughnuts), Krispy Kreme's. I just love my job of being a mom to these three sweet peas. I have so many things to be grateful for, my family is one of the biggest blessings in life. I also love my job of being the primary music teacher, teaching the little ones songs of Jesus. I love my job as a photographer, having a loving family and real friends who love you regardless of your short comings. I am also blessed to be the wife to my best friend, Casey.

Happy Second Birthday, Sweet W.!
The time has come and my little W. is two years old! Where has the time gone? I still see him as my little baby boy and still smell that sweet baby smell when I kiss him. I love how he adores his sister, sharing kisses and hugs often, he can sing and match a musical pitch, sharing and thoughtful for such a young boy. With all our heart we wish him the best day, he deserves it!
